When you are sure you have written everything that is on your mind and in your system, you need to read this chapter over and over again. Read it with great passion. If sadness or anger is in your system, you need to passionately cry and be angry as you read your previous chapter.
Accept that this was once your dream and accept that you need to let it go now. Spend days, weeks, and months in this practice. Laughing is all about accepting this moment.
